AVTECH is now looking for a Finance and HR Assistant for 20–40% with a good opportunity for increased working hours.

About the position

As a Finance and HR Assistant, you will work with daily financial administration and be an important part of ensuring well-functioning financial processes. Your tasks will include invoice management, reconciliations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming supplier invoices
• Invoicing customers
• Reconciliation of bank accounts including currency management
• HR administration
• Assisting with reconciliations during year-end closing

Qualifications

Degree at least at the high school level with a focus on finance

Good understanding of accounting and financial administration

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

Previous experience in finance and HR administration

Previous experience from public companies

Experience with Visma Eekonomi and Visma Tid smart
