We are now looking for a Business Controller for a consulting assignment in the education sector.

In this role, you will have a central position with responsibility for financial flows, grant management, and quality monitoring within the school area. You will work closely with the operations and Business Controller and have many points of contact, both internally and externally.

• Responsible for state grant management under the leadership of the School Manager

• School funding management, including preparation of documentation for invoicing

• Ongoing monitoring of potential grants that can be applied for

• Ensure accuracy in applications and related documentation

• Process mapping

• Support the administrative staff of the school units regarding student administration as needed

• Responsible for compiling quality data for the entire school area

• Administer the principal's surveys to students and guardians

We are looking for someone with experience in controlling or qualified financial work, preferably within schools, public or non-profit organizations.

To succeed in this assignment, we see that you have:

• Experience in grant management, school funding, or similar financing models

• Good understanding of accounting and forecasting work

• Experience working closely with operations and communicating with different functions

• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and systems

• A structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach to work

• Experience with liquidity forecasts

• Ongoing accounting tasks such as invoicing, bookings, and reservations

• Participation in forecasting processes in dialogue with unit and operations managers

The assignment is located in the Stockholm area and extends until the end of August. Start immediately or by agreement.
