Job Description
In the role of recruiter with a focus on sales, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and recruiting top talents in sales. You will be an important part of our work to strengthen the sales team and ensure that the right people are in place to contribute to the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
Drive the entire recruitment process for sales roles – from requirement profile to hiring
Create and publish attractive job ads
Work proactively with search via LinkedIn, databases, and other channels
Conduct interviews, selection, and reference checks
Collaborate closely with sales managers and team leaders to understand needs and requirements
Develop and optimize recruitment strategies and methods
Represent the company at fairs, events, and on social media
Actively work with employer branding towards the right target groups
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales
Good understanding of sales and various sales roles (B2B, B2C, KAM, inside sales, outside sales)
Familiar with search/headhunting
Experience with recruitment systems (e.g., Teamtailor, Workable, ReachMee)
Fluent in Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form
