We are now looking for an Energy Support & Administration Specialist. Is that you?

About the role & team

Svea Solar is on a transformation journey from a pure solar panel company to an Energy Tech company. Electricity agreements are a central part of this development and the foundation for future energy services.

Once the customer has agreed to an electricity contract in the sales flow, you as the Energy Support & Administration Specialist will take over. Your goal is to work to ensure that the customer quickly becomes an active, satisfied, and paying electricity contract customer by driving activation, resolving any obstacles, and creating a smooth transition from contract to functioning energy solution.

You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external parties to resolve cases, prevent problems, and ensure that our electricity contracts work all the way. The role suits you who thrive in the intersection of customer dialogue, system work, and business development – as there is great room to influence how we work today!

You will belong to our System Design team and have Sanna Hanell, System Design Manager, as your closest leader. They look forward to welcoming you to the team!

Responsibilities

Customer cases & support

  • Handle customer cases related to electricity contracts via phone, email, and customer portal

  • Ensure that customers receive clear, relevant, and proactive information

  • Collaborate with internal departments on more complex issues

  • Engage with external parties such as grid owners, electricity traders, and system providers

Coordination & quality

  • Support other departments in electricity contract-related questions

  • Handle more complex and demanding customer cases

  • Document cases and insights to strengthen quality and learning

Development & improvement

  • Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and templates

  • Build and maintain a knowledge base for future employees

  • Compile feedback, reports, and improvement suggestions

  • Identify recurring problems and develop long-term solutions

Are we a match?

We are looking for someone who has…

  • High school diploma

  • Experience in customer service, support, or customer administration

  • Strong customer focus and good communication skills

  • Can maintain high quality despite repetitive tasks

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience handling complaints or more complex customer cases

  • Experience in the energy sector or related fields

  • Interest in energy solutions, the electricity market, and system-related work

As a person, you are:

  • Improvement-driven, analytical, and confident in raising ideas and suggesting smarter working methods

  • Enjoy working collaboratively with both internal and external parties and contribute to a positive team climate

  • Used to taking responsibility for and following up your work based on set goals
