Job Responsibilities
The researcher will participate in existing research projects in the field of property law, with a particular focus on issues related to the establishment of the Sustainable Finance Labs.
In addition, the researcher will write research applications together with colleagues in the department and within the center. An important aim is to highlight the significance of property law for issues of sustainable development in the field of urban planning for potential funders.
Qualifications
Requirements
- PhD or foreign degree deemed equivalent to a PhD.
- Defended a thesis in law at a Swedish university.
- Professional language skills in Swedish as required for the job.
- Actively engaged as a researcher in the field of property law.
- Published in scientific journals in the field within the last 5 years.
- Experience in research funding.
Personal Qualities
As a person, you need to have good scientific skills, experience in research funding, good collaboration abilities, and the ability to work independently with your tasks.
Meritorious
- Experience in supervising PhD students (as primary or co-supervisor)
- Knowledge of diversity and equal treatment issues with a particular focus on gender equality
