Here you will have a broad and developing role with responsibility for both strategic and operational HR issues, with a specialist focus on workplace environment and recruitment. About the role of HR strategist

As an HR strategist at Jefferson Wells, working with our client in Södertälje, you will be a key person in the organization's strategic and operational HR work. You will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with the group's HR strategies, guidelines, and processes in the companies you support. The role involves both qualified managerial support and participation in the companies' business planning and management groups.

The role also includes specialist responsibility in workplace environment and recruitment, where you lead development assignments, ensure quality in working methods, and ensure that processes are further developed and implemented in the organization.

You will work consultatively with broad HR issues, such as labor law, workplace environment, leadership and employee development, talent supply, and salary formation.

Your main tasks include:

  • Providing qualified managerial support in employer issues, labor law, and collective agreements.
  • Coordinating and assisting in union collaboration and negotiations according to MBL.
  • Supporting companies in annual work planning related to workplace environment and rehabilitation.
  • Collaborating with the Workplace Environment Coordinator to ensure high quality in workplace environment work.
  • Ensuring quality in personnel administration and managing master data in HR systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and the principle of public access.
  • Working with reporting, analysis, and action work based on personnel key figures.
  • Supporting managers in employer branding, recruitment, and talent supply.
  • Managing employee surveys and facilitating results and action plans.
  • Coordinating the salary review process and being responsible for salary formation and benefits.
  • Actively participating in LEAN work, digitization, and continuous improvements.
  • Leading development work within your specialist areas and reporting to the designated steering group.
  • Keeping updated on trends in HR, workplace environment, and recruitment.

The candidate we are looking for

We are looking for someone with solid experience in HR who wants to work both strategically and operationally in a broad and developing role. You are trustworthy, communicative, and confident in your advisory function. With your good integrity, solution-oriented approach, and business-like approach, you are a valued partner to managers and leadership.

You have a natural interest in workplace environment, process development, and data-driven HR work, and you thrive in a role where you can combine long-term development work with operational managerial support.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in HR or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in qualified HR work.
  • Desirable experience in workplace environment and recruitment.
  • Good system skills and interest in digitizing HR processes.
  • Experience in developing working methods and working with statistics and data in decision-making.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
