Administrator for Capital Transfers

We are now hiring an Administrator for Capital Transfers at SJR. Our client is one of Sweden's fastest-growing pension companies. This is a 12-month consulting assignment via SJR starting as soon as possible. For the right person, there is an opportunity to be directly employed by our client afterwards. You will be working in nice offices in Stockholm City, with the possibility of remote work one day a week.

About the Role

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing capital transfers within occupational pensions and private pensions. You will assist our partners in obtaining signatures on transfer documents, manage cases, and handle follow-ups and feedback. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external parties and requires a keen eye for detail as well as a desire to contribute to a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and quality assure incoming documents related to insurance transfers
• Ensure that the correct forms, signatures, and information are in place
• Check ownership relationships, company signatures, and corporate information
• Communicate with advisors and partners for additional information and questions
• Create, administer, and follow up on cases in the system
• Document and structure information to efficiently drive cases forward

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in finance and 1-3 years of work experience, preferably from banking, finance, or insurance. You have good system skills and excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish.
