We are looking for an experienced accounting profile who wants to step into a business in strong development and growth. The finance function is continuously being built and refined, which means that the role combines operational accounting work with a clear focus on improvement, structure, and development of processes.

You will be an important collaboration point between accounting, business control, and other parts of the organization to ensure accurate accounting as well as follow-up and analysis of costs and deviations. The working language is English, and you will work closely with a team where knowledge sharing and joint problem-solving are central.

• Work with ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and accruals
• Conduct monthly closings and reporting
• Be responsible for VAT reconciliation and declaration
• Prepare documentation for annual reports and audits
• Support internal projects, such as system changes and accounting-related investigations
• Drive and contribute to the development, improvement, and documentation of routines and processes within the finance function

• Degree in finance or equivalent relevant experience
• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in similar accounting roles
• Good overall understanding of the accounting flow
• Experience with system changes and a strong interest in systems
• Very good skills in Excel
• Good knowledge of K3
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with fixed assets
• Experience with high transaction volumes

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Comfortable and thriving in a changing environment
