We are currently looking for a recruitment specialist who wants to combine recruitment with relationship building and independently drive recruitment processes from start to finish. About the role
As a recruitment specialist with us, you will drive and coordinate our recruitment processes from job requirements to hiring. Your tasks include, for example:
Being responsible for the entire recruitment process - from job requirements to hiring.
Working proactively with search and networking to build and maintain relationships over time.
Designing and publishing job ads as well as managing selection and interviews.
Monitoring assignments/bids and matching candidates to consulting assignments and future needs.
Conducting competency-based interviews, personality assessments, and reference checks.
Ensuring a professional, clear, and positive candidate experience.
Taking initiatives for improvements within recruitment and talent acquisition.
Supporting employer branding efforts as needed.
Who are you?
We believe you are a positive force who thrives in an operational role. You enjoy taking responsibility and gain energy from driving recruitment processes forward. You are comfortable with independent work, are structured, and see recruitment as a craft you want to improve further.
At the same time, you are attentive and build trust and relationships with candidates and colleagues. You are confident in your assessments, curious about development, and are eager to take your own initiatives to improve how we work with recruitment and employer branding.
We also believe you have: Post-secondary education in HR/PAO, behavioral science, or similar.
2-4 years of experience in driving and supporting recruitment processes from start to finish, preferably both internal positions and roles on the consulting side.
1 year of experience in competency-based recruitment.
Experience with Teamtailor or similar.
Familiarity with sourcing and proactively reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and building talent pipelines.
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
It is a plus if you have:
Knowledge and certification in psychological testing.
An established network of engineers.
Experience in employer branding or marketing.
Good to know
Start date is according to agreement.
