About the role of Finance Manager
As Finance Manager at NO GA Group, you will step into a broad and business-oriented role with clear ownership. You will be a driving force in building structure, governance, and decision support for the entire group. The role combines financial analysis, business controlling, and strategic projects in an environment characterized by growth, expansion, and entrepreneurial spirit.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing governance, follow-up, and decision support that enables profitable growth. You will become a key person in building the group's data warehouse and BI structure, where the finance function will gather, structure, and disseminate business insights to the entire organization. The role also includes driving and supporting strategic initiatives such as establishing new companies and markets, where NO GA Group is currently in an intensive expansion phase.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement KPIs, reports, and dashboards that drive business performance
- Drive financial projects related to expansion, company setups, and process and system improvements
- Support the CFO in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and provide decision support to management
- Act as a business partner to management and business areas by transforming data into insights
- Ensure quality, structure, and regulatory compliance in financial flows and processes
- Participate in the development of BI tools and analytical methodologies
About you
As a person, you are analytical, business-oriented, and accustomed to working data-driven, with the ability to structure large amounts of information and translate them into clear conclusions and recommendations.
As a person, you are driven, communicative, and thrive with responsibility in an environment where pace, ownership, and development are in focus. You want to work closely with the business and influence strategic decisions in an organization that combines creativity with structure.
Important for the role:
- 4+ years of experience from consulting/Big 4 or business controlling
- Academic education in economics or finance
- Good experience in driving complex projects and analyzing large datasets
- Good understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus
