About the job

In this role as a claims adjuster, you will work with both liability claims and legal protection claims, providing you with a varied and developing everyday life where you can help customers in many different situations.

When handling liability claims, this mainly involves:

  • Investigating liability claims and assessing whether an insurance event has occurred
  • Investigating liability for damages
  • Representing our policyholders against claimants
  • Deciding on and paying compensation from the liability insurance in accordance with insurance terms and applicable law.

In addition to liability claims, you will also handle legal protection claims, which mainly involves:

  • Processing applications from customers' legal representatives by investigating the insurance case and deciding whether legal protection should be granted or denied
  • Reviewing and paying compensation for the representatives' fees and costs
  • Informing customers and representatives via phone about the scope of the legal protection insurance and ongoing cases.

We are looking for someone who

We believe you have experience in claims adjustment, preferably with a focus on liability and legal protection claims. You are accustomed to contacting many different parties, such as representatives, customers, and authorities.

Requirements:

  • Law degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in claims adjustment, preferably in legal protection and liability claims
  • Experience in contacting representatives, customers, and other external parties
  • Ability to combine legal investigation with world-class customer service
  • Express yourself well both on the phone and in writing via letters and emails

Meritorious:

  • Experience in handling complex legal protection and liability claims
  • Longer experience in claims adjustment of legal protection and liability claims (we also welcome senior profiles)

  • Communicative and clear, even in complex cases
  • Independent, driven, and have good judgment
  • Unpretentious and enjoy collaborating with others

  • Outgoing and creative – you are happy to share your experiences and knowledge
