With us, you will have both responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.
About the roleAs an HR Partner with us, you are a reliable and knowledgeable support to managers and employees in ongoing HR work. You work closely with the organization, capturing needs, solving challenges, and driving development - always with both employees and business in focus.
In addition to supporting daily HR operations, you will have your own area of responsibility where you drive and develop processes for the entire organization. The role is broad and evolves with you - there is room to influence and develop ways of working that make a real difference for both managers and employees.
You will be part of an engaged HR team consisting of an HR Manager, two HR Partners, a TA Partner, and an HR Coordinator. We are located in different places, just like the managers you support, which means a large network and varied workdays.
Your main responsibilitiesYou will confidently navigate between operational and developmental HR work and will, among other things:

Drive union negotiations and build strong collaboration
Be responsible for OSA work and support the organization in this area
Manage rehabilitation processes and preventive measures
Prepare analyses, reports, and decision-making materials
Conduct training and knowledge-enhancing initiatives
Contribute to the development of processes and routines together with the team
Academic education in HR or equivalent
Experience in a broad HR role within an organization with both blue-collar and white-collar workers
Good knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and how they are applied in practice
Experience supporting managers in an advisory role and contributing with an HR perspective
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
Good system proficiency
Experience with collective agreements in the industrial or transport sector
Experience working with organizational and social work environment (OSA)
To thrive in this role, we see that you are confident in HR work and stand firm even when questions are complex. You are solution-oriented, pedagogical, and have high integrity. You are a doer and enjoy making things happen - but do so in a structured and thoughtful manner.
You easily build trust, collaborate naturally, and make the difficult understandable. You effortlessly switch between hands-on support and long-term development, are eager to share knowledge, and are curious about others' perspectives.
We offerWith us, you will have a role with significant responsibility in a future-oriented industry where curiosity, flexibility, and a desire to develop truly matter. We are in the midst of an exciting development journey - and here you will have both the space and trust to influence how we work, contribute to smarter ways of working, and create value for the organization.
You will be part of a supportive and unpretentious team with high engagement and a lot of heart. Together with managers and colleagues who are passionate about the same goals, you will create results - in a culture where we help each other, share knowledge, and where your skills and drive truly make a difference.
