We have really exciting assignments to offer in the role of a consultant with us at Edge of Talent. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in the Tech field and wants to work with our clients as a consultant.

About the role As a TA consultant with us at Edge of Talent, you will be employed by us and work on consultancy assignments with our clients. In this role, you will have the chance to drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You have a natural ability to contact candidates in a way that sparks their interest and builds trust. Making that first contact, pitching the role, and selling the opportunity to the right candidate is an important part of your job, as well as keeping all recruitment stakeholders updated throughout the process.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment within tech and has a strong understanding of the entire recruitment process, from job specification to job offer.

• Thrives in 360° recruitment and is used to navigating smoothly between different parts of the process with many parallel assignments ongoing.

• Has experience in stakeholder management.

• Is skilled at using various ATS systems as well as LinkedIn Recruiter / Talent Solutions.

• Is passionate about sourcing candidates for tech roles and is creative in your prospecting and in your way of reaching the right talent.

• Enjoys the sales aspect of recruitment – especially the personal contact with candidates and pitching the role in an attractive way.
