YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are now looking for a part-time receptionist with a strong service mindset who is passionate about helping colleagues and welcoming visitors in the best way possible. Our client has their office located in central Stockholm.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you are a key person in ensuring a high level of service for everyone in the office and are the face of the company. You will work alongside a colleague in the reception but also independently with varying tasks, both typical reception duties and administrative tasks. In this role, you will be mobile in the office and have a central role in creating an inspiring and pleasant work environment. You will, among other things, welcome visitors, prepare conference rooms, organize events, and place orders for office supplies or snacks.

In this role, you will work with a variety of tasks, including:

• Welcoming and receiving visitors

• Preparing breakfast and snacks

• Mail and courier handling

• Receiving incoming calls

• Conducting office rounds

• Switchboard and email management

• Ensuring the office is tidy and welcoming

• Preparing for meetings and internal events

• Administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and supplier contact

WHO ARE YOU?

To thrive in this role, you have a strong service mindset, are social and outgoing. You have previous experience in a service role. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You thrive in the center of attention and gain energy from social interactions. As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You have an eye for what needs to be done and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure both customers and colleagues feel welcome. You can make decisions and have a professional attitude where problem-solving is part of your daily routine.

You meet the following requirements:

• Have a background in the service industry

• Can speak and write Swedish and English fluently

• Have good knowledge of the Office suite

• Previous experience in office reception is a plus
