As a Payroll and HR Administrator with us, you will work with the entire payroll management process and ensure it is carried out with high quality and in accordance with applicable regulations. You will support the work of developing and improving our processes and provide support to the company's managers regarding payroll-related questions.

Your Responsibilities

Together with three colleagues, you will work with both ongoing and operational payroll management, including personnel administration, as well as long-term work to improve our processes.

• Monthly payroll runs.
• Ongoing personnel administration including registration, contract management, and scheduling.
• Support our managers regarding payroll-related questions.
• Participate in improvement work related to our payroll processes.
• Handle government reporting.
• Other tasks related to the company's administration of personnel and payroll.

Qualifications

• Relevant post-secondary education as a payroll administrator/payroll consultant/payroll specialist or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience working with the entire payroll management process.
• Experience working in Hogia Lön+.
• Experience in personnel administration.
• Good ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in both spoken and written Swedish and preferably English.

Employment Conditions:

• Location: Tegnérgatan in central Stockholm.
• Start date: March 1 or by agreement.
• Employment type: Permanent position, six-month probation period.
• Extent: 100% (possibility for flexible working hours and remote work, but primarily based at the head office).
