Planner at Addici Security

We are looking for someone who appreciates order and structure. As part of our central planning team, you will contribute to scheduling our employees. Planning occurs for both urgent vacancies at short notice and for longer-term needs for the next month and quarter.

The work takes place within our Operational Support department where you will work together in a team to contribute to a positive everyday experience through collaboration.

This position suits you if you enjoy variety and contact with people from our operations organization to assist them with various inquiries regarding their schedules, leave, and other questions.

About the role

• Planning staff for available shifts both for urgent vacancies and for the upcoming month's and quarter's schedules.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting these to relevant departments.
• In close dialogue with operations managers and HR, planning for new hires, vacations, and changes in assignments.

Who are you?

You have solid experience in service professions and are accustomed to collaborating with customers, responsible managers, and operational staff to jointly find solutions to various challenges. You use computers and phones fluently as your primary work tools. We have great confidence in our employees' ability to develop and grow, and therefore value personal qualities as highly as formal qualifications. Furthermore, we expect you to be proficient in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

We see that you have:

• Computer skills and knowledge of common Office programs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in the Swedish language both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in planning and administration
• Experience with the Quinyx planning system
• Industry experience from the security sector

About the position

• Employment type: Full-time
• Working hours: Weekdays 08:00 - 17:00
• Start date: Immediately
• Probationary period: 6 months
