We are looking for a committee secretary for an assignment in Salem

Scope: Part-time 50-60%
Start: Immediately
Duration: until summer, possibly also after the holidays.

You will be employed by Poolia but will work on-site at the client.

About the position

The client needs a person who can independently work as a committee secretary. The assignment includes being responsible for the committee process for two committees: the Building and Environment Committee and the Technical Committee.

Your main tasks

The work involves:

Entering documents into the document and case management system (Ciceron)
Sending out invitations to preparations and committee meetings
Providing support and service to staff and the political organization
Being the secretary at meetings (administrative and chair preparations as well as committees)
Writing minutes
Expediting meetings

Chair preparations and administrative preparations are during the day. The Technical Committee meets about once a month on Thursdays from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. The Building and Environment Committee meets about once a month on Tuesdays from 7 PM to 9:30 PM.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an academic education in, for example, Social Work or Political Science, and relevant experience as a committee secretary with knowledge of meeting techniques and minute writing.

You have relevant education for the assignment
You have at least one year of professional experience working independently as a committee secretary with the tasks described in the background for the assignment

Meritorious:

If you have experience with Ciceron.
Familiarity with working in a Google environment.
