ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Fraud and Chargeback Agent in Card Security at Entercard, you will play an important role in monitoring and investigating potential fraud in card transactions, and you will be part of a team that works evenings, nights, and weekends. The team currently consists of about ten people who share shifts among themselves. You will primarily work evening or night shifts (6 PM - 12 AM, 12 AM - 9 AM).

This assignment is long-term alongside your studies. The office is newly renovated, modern, and located very centrally and close to the subway. We are looking for students who are available to start immediately. The position begins with thorough training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and emails from customers regarding potential fraud.
• Work administratively with fraud cases in a case management system.
• Handle card blocks.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at a post-secondary level and will graduate no earlier than June 2027, preferably later. It is an advantage if you are studying a finance-related program.
• Has an interest in working with service.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work.
• Is comfortable working alone in the office at night.
• Is available for full-time work during the Christmas and summer periods.

Other information

• Start: Immediately.
• Extent: Part-time, about 2 times a week. During Christmas and summer, you will work up to full-time during periods.
• Location: Central Stockholm. For this position, it is not possible to work from home.
• Other: For this assignment, we will request a criminal record extract and a credit report.
