People Business Partner (temporary position)
Do you have several years of experience in HR and are interested in gaining more experience in a broad role? We are now looking for a People Business Partner for a one-year temporary position with our client, one of Sweden's leading digital search services!
ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of People Business Partner, you will be solely responsible for HR work in Sweden. You will work closely with your Nordic colleagues and with managers in Stockholm.
This is a consulting assignment through us at Academic Work, and you will cover for a parental leave from March 2026 to March 2027. You are expected to work from the office 3 days a week and can work 2 days remotely. You have the option to work between 80% and 100%.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role includes an exciting mix of strategic and operational HR work. You will be responsible for everything from payroll administration and HR reporting to supporting managers and employees in organizational changes.
- Further develop the company's core values and culture
- Support and coach managers on leadership issues
- Conduct annual salary reviews and manage salary adjustments
- Administer the company's LinkedIn page
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have a post-secondary degree in HR or behavioral sciences
- Have several years of experience in HR work
- Have good knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have experience with union negotiations.
