Your mission

• Responsible for budget, forecasting, and ongoing monitoring of operations and projects

• Analyze revenues, costs, margins, EBITDA, and cash flow

• Support the project organization with financial management, calculations, and variance analyses

• Prepare decision-making materials for management and the board

• Develop and improve financial processes, routines, and reporting structures

• Participate in bidding and quotation work, including pricing and profitability assessments

• Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with internal and external requirements

• Work with KPIs, monitoring key figures, and business analysis

We are looking for you who is a clearly productive and business-oriented person and who can easily demonstrate that you have succeeded very well in a similar role before. You have a relevant education and several years of experience as a Business Controller, Project Controller, or similar. It is a clear advantage if you have experience from the security industry; if not, it is good if you have experience from construction, infrastructure, technology, or project-intensive operations. If you have experience in international trade, that is also an additional merit. As a person, you are known for your analytical ability and good understanding of business logic and project management. Likewise, your ability to communicate finance clearly and pedagogically is one of your stronger sides. We assume that you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing. You will be part of an engaged team with high technical and commercial competence, which means close collaboration with management, project managers, and operational teams where you act as a strategic support in both decision-making and forecasting work.
