ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and independent payroll specialist to join a Swedish Shared Service team that supports several businesses across the country. You have good knowledge of the payroll system Kontek. The role is suitable for you who thrive in a broad and varied everyday life and who wants to help develop modern working methods within HR and payroll.

This is a hire-purchase arrangement, which means that you start as a consultant with the ambition of transitioning to the client. Start as soon as possible.

You will be part of a smaller team where you will collectively be responsible for the entire payroll process as well as certain parts of accounting-related tasks.

In the role, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll payments for approximately 650 employees. You work with the entire payroll process and also have an important function as a superuser for the systems used for time reporting, expenses, and payroll management.

Your main tasks include:

• Handling time reporting, expenses, commissions, and bonuses

• Administration of pensions and various benefits

• Operation and development of system support within the payroll area

• Preparation of KPIs, reports, and statistics

• Reporting to authorities such as the Social Insurance Agency, the Tax Agency, and Statistics Sweden

• Ongoing support to managers and employees through training, information, and process improvements

The business is in a phase of modernization and digitalization of HR and payroll processes. An important part of the role will therefore be to actively contribute to the development and efficiency of working methods and systems.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with solid experience in payroll administration who enjoys a role that combines operational work with development and improvement work. You are meticulous, communicative, and confident in supporting the organization in both daily issues and more complex payroll matters. Keeping yourself updated on news and legislative changes is a natural part of the role.

We are looking for you who have:

• Very good experience with Kontek, preferably as a superuser

• Experience with Workday is a merit

• Experience with HRM Travel & Time is seen as a plus
