Our client operates in a high-tech and socially important environment and is in an exciting phase of development. We are now looking for a Process Developer who wants to take long-term responsibility for developing, anchoring, and improving production-related processes within a growing business unit. This is not a role where everything is already finished. On the contrary. Here you will have a great deal of trust to clean up, structure, and develop, and ensure that common processes actually become applicable to the business.

As a Process Developer, you are the voice of the business unit in process matters. You work closely with the operations but also keep an eye on the big picture and the global requirements that exist. You will become a key person who creates consensus, drives improvement initiatives, and ensures that processes, working methods, and local additions both meet requirements and work in everyday life.

The role includes, among other things, that you:

• Build and maintain a strong internal network with key stakeholders
• Ensure that processes and local additions meet the needs of the business
• Capture improvement suggestions and translate them into concrete changes
• Provide guidance on applicable processes
• Communicate important changes in the business
• Keep local instructions and additions updated

• Have experience in quality and process work
• Have a good understanding of standards such as ISO 9001
• Have the courage to stand your ground, even in dialogue with managers and senior stakeholders
• Have the ability to work independently and exploratively
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing

You will be part of a small, close-knit team with high competence and great commitment. The culture is characterized by a family-like atmosphere, openness, and a strong willingness to help each other.

This is a consulting assignment which means that you will be employed by Friday.

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where the client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
