Your role

In a role as a Payroll Consultant with us at Aspia, you will be responsible for several clients across a variety of industries. In this role, you need to be able to handle the entire payroll process and have a willingness to delve into new areas. All to create a good service for our clients and to ensure good quality in your work. In this role, you have many points of contact both with colleagues and clients, and you have your ear to the market to together with your colleagues offer the best service to both our existing and potentially new clients.

Your work includes, among other things:

Managing ongoing payroll work
Contact with client companies of a more complex nature regarding payroll issues
Handling time and travel files from pre-systems
Quality assuring the payroll process based on the complexity of the assignment

Your profile

For the role of Payroll Consultant, we are looking for someone who has:

Relevant education for the position
Experience in qualitative payroll work
Experience in interpreting laws and agreements
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

Furthermore, we would like you to have previously worked in a service-oriented role and that you thrive when you get to work closely with both clients and colleagues. You have knowledge of the Office suite, and it is a merit if you have previous experience working in the payroll system FLEX. We also consider it a merit if you have previous experience from the consulting industry.
