Job Description
Do you want to help us maintain a high quality in our investigations, statements, and committee matters? The investigator at the social office will go on parental leave in June, and we are now looking for a temporary investigator for the support and development unit.
The social office consists of the elderly and care department as well as the social department, which in turn works on behalf of the elderly and care committee and the social committee. The support and development unit's mission spans the entire social office and is organized directly under the social manager.
The unit consists of two system administrators, one business developer, one investigator, three quality developers, two fee administrators, and one unit manager.
We are now looking for a substitute for our investigator; the temporary position is full-time starting by agreement until January 2027. The investigator has a central role in the committee process, and although the position has a greater focus on the elderly and care committee, tasks also occur within the areas of the social committee.
As an investigator, you will:
- Support the department manager and the medically responsible nurse (MAS) in writing cases for the committee.
- Write statements and referral responses.
- Revise and develop governing documents, including the elderly and care committee's delegation order and the office's information management plan.
- Support quality developers in writing reports and service documents.
- Assist managers in applying for and reporting back on state grants.
- Coordinate survey responses (Open comparisons, user surveys, etc.).
You who apply for this position are adaptable to changing circumstances. You take responsibility for your tasks, plan and organize your work efficiently, and have a strategic perspective. A prerequisite for success in the role is collaboration, and we place great importance on personal qualities.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher education in social sciences, political science, law, or equivalent.
- Has documented experience in investigating and writing political materials within municipal operations.
- Expresses yourself very well in speech and writing and can formulate yourself correctly and clearly through target group adaptation.
Meritorious:
- You preferably have documented experience working with issues related to elderly care.
- Experience working in P360.
- Good knowledge of Excel.

About the position
The position is a temporary employment of 100% until January 2027, with start date by agreement.
