HR Administrator with a Focus on Recruitment
The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. SiS also implements secure youth care. We do this in youth homes and homes for adults with substance abuse, across the country. At SiS, your work life will be an exciting challenge. At our headquarters in Solna Business Park, we are about 400 employees, and together we work to support and develop the authority with approximately 5000 employees.
Job Description
Do you want to work with HR in an organization that makes a real difference and is currently expanding? At SiS's HR department, we work strategically and closely with operations to support and develop a growing organization, focusing on leadership, employee engagement, and long-term competence supply.
In the coming years, SiS will recruit around 1000 employees for the authority, of which about 200 will be for the headquarters in Solna. Therefore, we are now strengthening the recruitment organization and forming a completely new unit with HR specialists and HR administrators focused on recruitment.
The HR Administrator with a focus on recruitment is a new position, so you will be an important part of creating the role and, together with the unit manager and HR specialists, building up the newly formed unit and shaping its working methods.
The role has a clear operational focus and involves structuring, administering, and following up on the various stages of recruitment in collaboration with HR specialists. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up projects and advertisements in our recruitment system, managing employment administration and filing of recruitment cases, handling requests for the release of public documents, and being responsible for managing and distributing incoming cases to the unit. You will also, as time allows, support parts of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has;
- high school diploma
- documented experience in recruitment administration or HR administration
- very good knowledge of the Office suite or equivalent
- good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
It is meritorious if you have;
- post-secondary education in administration, recruitment, or HR
- experience in a similar role within public administration
- experience working in ReachMee, Primula, Ciceron, or equivalent
To succeed in this role, you need to be service-oriented and have a professional demeanor in contacts within SiS and with applicants and other partners. You work independently and take responsibility for driving your tasks forward, while also having good collaborative skills and enjoying working with others. You are flexible and can adapt to changing conditions and priorities without compromising quality or legal security. Furthermore, you have a structured working method, where you plan, document, and follow up on your work carefully and systematically.

Employment:
The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
