The role of customer service representative is varied, technically oriented, and full of learning – and you don't need any technical prerequisites, we will train you from the start.

With us, you will develop as you grow into the role, and in the long run, opportunities will open up for example in 2nd line support, leadership, or sales.

You will also get to work with upselling to customers who reach out to us, which gives you the opportunity to influence your salary beyond a stable base salary.

You will be part of the team that handles all incoming customer inquiries. The focus of the team is to provide customers with the best customer experience and to deliver effective answers with a high level of service.

You will work closely with our 2nd line/claims team that takes care of the more advanced technical questions. And when you are ready, there are great opportunities to grow further there.

Your responsibilities:

☀ Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat – you help, guide, and create a really good customer experience.

☀ Offer our electricity and service agreements to customers who have already contacted us. No cold selling – just relevant offers that can also give you extra commission and higher salary.

☀ Be Svea Solar's voice to the outside and make a real difference in how customers perceive us every day.

☀ Work with exciting and technical customer cases that make everyday life varied and educational.

We are looking for someone who is...

Previous experience in service or sales is required, for example from part-time jobs, retail, café/restaurant, or customer support.

Working hours: Office hours Mon-Fri

Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Start as soon as possible, considering any notice period.

Workplace: Alvik Strand. We work full-time in the office to ensure good collaboration in the team.
