About the job as a project controller/administrator

As a project controller/administrator at SAAB, you will be an important part of project deliveries and support project managers with financial monitoring, analysis, and administration. You will work in a complex and technologically advanced environment where your contribution adds both structure and quality to the project flows. In this role, you will handle everything from customer invoicing and financial analysis to KPI monitoring and support during bidding processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Customer invoicing
• Price variation calculations
• Monitoring, compiling, and reporting on subcontractor invoicing
• Support to project managers in project monitoring and reporting, primarily from a financial perspective
• Budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with project managers and steering groups
• Cost monitoring and KPI analysis
• Financial support during bids and proposals

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. For certain roles, security classification may require specific citizenship.

The candidate we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with an academic background in finance or equivalent experience. You have worked for several years in project monitoring, controlling, accounting, or auditing and have a good understanding of financial flows and key figures. You are proficient in Excel, familiar with business systems, and express yourself very well in both Swedish and English.

You work in a structured manner, are communicative, and find it easy to collaborate with different parts of the organization. As a person, you are analytical, self-driven, and contribute positive energy.

Requirements for the position

• Academic education in finance or equivalent
• Experience in project monitoring, accounting, controlling, or auditing
• Good understanding of financial flows and key figures
• Excellent skills in Excel
• Experience with business systems
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
