Assignment Description

We are looking for a Business Consultant

What You Will Work On

• Contribute to projects and programs with process and functional expertise
• Participate in pre-studies, analyses, and early-phase project activities
• Support Process & IT implementation initiatives
• Translate business needs into functional and process-oriented solutions
• Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Apply best practices in business processes and system usage
• Support change initiatives from design through implementation
• Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to documentation, process descriptions, and solution outlines
• Explain and align facts, policies, and practices with stakeholders

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in business consulting or similar roles
• Practical experience from working with business processes and/or IT solutions
• Understanding of process development and functional requirements
• Ability to work independently with general supervision
• Experience contributing across multiple project phases
• Structured and analytical working approach
• Ability to handle challenging but not overly complex problems
• Good communication skills and stakeholder interaction experience
• Ability to influence others through clear explanations and collaboration
• Professional mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
