We are looking for a student who can work approximately 2-3 days a week and also full-time during the summer as an administrator/accounting assistant at our family law firm centrally located at Karlaplan in Stockholm.

You will assist our current Administrator/Accounting Assistant, and the tasks will vary.

In this role, you will be in contact with courts, insurance companies, and the law firm's clients. You will help with reminders, archiving, invoicing, or other tasks.

To succeed in the role of administrator/accounting assistant, it is important that you have good knowledge of how to express yourself well in writing in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you have a strong drive, a good sense of service, and enjoy working independently based on overarching instructions. It comes naturally to you to take responsibility, and your work style is structured and detail-oriented. You are not afraid to flag if you need help.

Responsibilities

- Invoicing

- Archiving

- Ongoing monitoring of accounts receivable

- Phone calls with clients, courts, and authorities

- Conducting conflict checks and setting up new cases

- Managing orders for office supplies and contact with suppliers

Qualifications

- You are studying law at university

- You can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain organized and structured

- You have previous experience in administrative work (preferable)

The law firm Edelhjelm was founded in 2013 by Anna Edelhjelm and is a law firm with five practicing lawyers and four assistant lawyers. We are particularly focused on family law and primarily custody disputes. The firm is also active in criminal cases and takes on assignments such as victim assistance, public defense, and in compulsory care, LVU, LVM, LPT, and LRV.

We are located in pleasant premises near Karlaplan in Stockholm, just a stone's throw from both the subway and buses.
