About the role

We are currently seeking a traveling field consultant/auditor who will work on conducting standard and warranty audits at car dealerships. The role also entails a coaching approach, where you support dealers in improving processes and ensuring compliance with the brand's rules and guidelines. The work primarily takes place in Norway and Sweden (sometimes also in other Nordic countries depending on assignments).

As a field consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Booking, planning, and conducting standard and warranty audits at car dealerships according to existing manuals and agreements
• Reviewing and following up on dealers' warranty handling processes and ensuring compliance
• Conducting standard audits that may include checks of signage, facades, logos, lighting, parking, as well as processes related to training and marketing activities
• Coaching and supporting dealers in improvement work and their processes, with a pedagogical and advisory approach
• (If necessary) contributing to the implementation of new systems and training employees at dealerships
• Ensuring good communication with all parties involved in the assignment
• Working systematically with follow-up, documentation, and reporting in the client's digital systems within given time frames

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably from dealerships, importers, or workshops, or education in the automotive field
• Experience with warranty handling (preferable) and/or work with processes, quality, or follow-up
• Experience in customer service and/or roles with many points of contact (preferable)
• Good IT skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Fluency in Norwegian and Swedish, both spoken and written is required
• Driver's license B

Workplace and scope:

The position is full-time and involves extensive travel, approximately 3–5 days per week (mainly in Norway and Sweden, but assignments may also occur in other Nordic countries). You will preferably work from a home office. Start date as soon as possible or as agreed.

In this position, you will be employed by MSXI but will work full-time on assignments for our clients.
