We are now looking for a Sales & Growth Associate who wants to become an important part of our sales team and help develop our business further.

About Guestly Homes

We are in the midst of a strong growth journey.

For three consecutive years, we have doubled our revenue, and the demand for flexible accommodation solutions continues to rise.

We primarily operate in Norrbotten and Mälardalen, where we assist companies and organizations with professional and flexible accommodation solutions.

Our focus is not just on growth – but on building long-term business, quality, and structure.

Your role

As a Sales & Growth Associate, you work closely with the business every day. You are an active part of the sales process and drive business forward from the first contact to closing.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Preparing quotes and business materials
  • Presenting our solutions – digitally or on-site
  • Following up on leads and ongoing dialogues
  • Bookings and administration related to business
  • Structure and follow-up in our CRM system (HubSpot)

You ensure that business moves forward – and that nothing is lost in the process.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a genuine interest in sales and business development
  • Takes initiative and thrives in a role where you drive the work forward
  • Is structured and used to following up on business
  • Communicates professionally in Swedish and English
  • Has good digital skills and preferably experience with CRM systems

You enjoy building relationships, making first contact, and working towards clear goals.
