Internal Sales Representative at Privab – Join a growing company in confectionery, snacks, and beverages.

About the role

As an internal sales representative with us, you will work closely with our customers and be an important part of creating long-term business relationships.

The role involves both sales and administration where you ensure that the customer's needs are met in a professional manner.

You work closely with colleagues in internal sales, external sales, and purchasing and actively contribute to developing business and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Actively work with customer contact via phone and email
  • Handle orders, customer inquiries, and follow up on business
  • Work with sales of campaigns and products
  • Follow up on customer development and contribute to increased sales
  • Provide advice and service regarding assortment and products
  • Collaborate with colleagues in sales and purchasing
  • Contribute to forecasts and business development

We are looking for someone who

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer contact, sales, or order management
  • Good computer skills
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

  • Experience with the business system Business Central
  • Experience from wholesale operations
