What you will experience at Concentrix 

As part of the Specsavers team, you will:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to existing eCommerce customers as well as online chat.   

- Assist them with their questions about orders, products, deliveries, offers, and much more, focusing on good service and a positive approach

- Handle calls not answered by stores and leave customer inquiries via the Customer Relationship Management system 

- Once you have gained experience, have the opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email

- Focus on providing great customer experiences in every customer contact - including a focus on continuous improvement of our customer satisfaction

- Work together with your group to achieve Specsavers' set goals 

Who we would like to have on the team

We want to meet people from all backgrounds who enjoy learning new things and are curious. Your natural talent for helping others and going the extra mile for our customers will fit into what we do at Concentrix.  

We are looking for you who: 

- Have native-level Swedish, are fluent in English, and can undergo training in English without any issues

- Are proactive in your way of working and curious to learn about Specsavers' services, product range, and processes

- Have good experience working with computers 

- Have a high service ability, are patient, and can handle dissatisfied customers in a professional and positive manner

- Are open to a constantly changing work environment

- Are focused on working proactively, self-driven, and think solution-oriented in a team.

It would be great if you also:

- Have experience working with CRM systems, and can handle multiple systems simultaneously

- Have experience working B2C

Our office is located just outside Málaga, in the Benalmádena beach area.
