We work with everything from accounting firms and consulting companies to construction companies, craftsmen, and B2C businesses. We are a small, ambitious agency with high standards for quality and a personal approach. We are now looking for a driven appointment setter who wants to be part of our growth journey.

Your task is simple but important: you contact potential customers via phone and schedule initial meetings for us. No sales talk, no hassle – you open the door, we handle the rest.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone based on lists we provide
• Schedule initial meetings for Aventra's founders
• Follow up on previous contacts and interested parties
• Register booked meetings in our CRM system

We are looking for someone who

• Is comfortable on the phone and enjoys talking to people
• Is self-driven and takes responsibility for your results
• Has drive – you are motivated by seeing numbers move
• Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is a plus, but not a requirement
