About the Position

As a customer coordinator at Lindab, you will be an important part of our national inside sales team located in Stockholm/Uppsala. You will work closely with customers, district sales representatives, and our professional stores, ensuring that each customer receives a professional, fast, and solution-oriented response.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily customer contact via phone and email
• Order and quote management
• Support for our district sales representatives, sales engineers, and project engineers
• Ensuring high quality and quick feedback in every customer case
• Actively working with upselling and value-based sales
• Collaboration with logistics, production, and store for smooth customer flows
