We are looking for someone who wants to work with B2B sales, focusing on cold calls to find new consulting assignments with companies in technology and product development.

You will call companies in areas such as MedTech, food, and industry, and contact individuals in roles such as technical or production manager. Your task is to identify the need for technical consultants, and this is purely new customer acquisition via phone. Since the consulting needs are often urgent (1-2 months), the sales cycle is often short and fast.

Job responsibilities in brief

  • Make cold calls to companies in technology and product development.
  • Find and contact decision-makers.
  • Briefly present our company and ask questions about current consulting needs.
  • Create new customer relationships and interest in our consulting services.
  • Document customer contacts and pass on business opportunities to us for follow-up, you will be kept informed continuously.

Important to know

  • Only phone contact, no email or digital marketing.
  • You will initially receive a first list of companies from us, you are responsible for finding the right contacts.
  • You will receive a list of companies you are not allowed to contact.

Who are you?

This is a role for someone who enjoys talking to people, creating value, and getting immediate returns on their work.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in phone sales and cold calling.
  • Is fearless, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Has good communication skills and can build trust quickly.
  • Speaks good Swedish (Danish is a plus).

Previous experience in sales or consulting sales is an advantage, but not a requirement. The right attitude and drive are more important.

What we offer

  • Location: Remote, you can work from wherever you want.
  • Scope: Flexible arrangement where you plan your own time, but the work must be done on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00.
  • Compensation: 100% commission-based.
  • Arrangement: Flexible - either as a fixed-term employment with us or as a consulting assignment where you invoice through your own company (or through a service like Invozio).
  • Start: As agreed.
