We are looking for customer service representatives for part-time work with our client. The assignment is fully remote and involves supporting the customer service function as needed.

This role is ideal for students, those with another part-time job, or anyone seeking a flexible side job where you can work in a structured and independent manner from home.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat and email
• Answer questions regarding accounts, orders, and subscriptions
• Log and follow up on cases in the support system
• Contribute to a high level of service through clear and professional communication

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible. You should have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in writing. You work in a structured way and enjoy taking personal responsibility in a remote role.

Previous experience in customer service is an asset but not a requirement. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish or English.
