About the Role

As an Office Coordinator at Tre, your role, together with the rest of the Facility team, is to ensure a well-functioning office service that gives our colleagues the best possible conditions to focus on their work. Things simply need to flow, and where people bump into each other, you and your colleagues are there to support and help out.

3huset is more than just an office; it is our common base where we collaborate, solve problems, and develop together. Therefore, your role plays an important part in creating a pleasant and well-functioning work environment.

The role also involves manning the reception, where you are one of our most important external contact points by welcoming employees, customers, suppliers, and candidates in a friendly and professional manner. Together with the Facility team, you keep the daily office administration running. You contribute to a pleasant and well-functioning work environment through regular office rounds, fixing and adapting workstations, and solving whatever comes up in daily life – from larger needs to tightening an occasional loose screw. When needed, you also help plan and coordinate both smaller and larger activities, such as our annual summer party.

About You

To quickly get into the role and provide really good service, we prefer that you have experience of service work, preferably from a similar role. Since we operate in an international environment, you must also feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You enjoy meeting people and have a natural way of offering your help and finding solutions when needed. At the same time, you are comfortable in a dynamic environment where you handle multiple tasks in parallel, switch focus quickly, and adapt to new needs.

About the Employment

In this role, you will become part of our wonderful Facility team, which is part of our HR department, and you will report to Team Manager Anna Rotbring. The position is a full-time interim role for at least one year, with a desired start in early June.
