This is not a traditional mentoring role.

It is a role for you who want to combine operational work with a clear responsibility for development, quality, and results.

About the role

As the office manager with us, you have a central role in building and developing the business locally. You work both operationally with participants and strategically to create conditions for growth.

You are responsible for:

• Starting up and running an ABRA office in your city
• Working with participants within Rusta & Matcha
• Creating and developing relationships with local employers
• Ensuring quality and results in the operations
• Representing ABRA locally and building a strong network

You work independently in your role but have close contact with and support from management.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with Rusta & Matcha, the Employment Service, recruitment, or similar
• Is self-driven and enjoys taking responsibility
• Has a business mindset and good ability to create relationships
• Is structured and results-oriented
• Has local knowledge and sees opportunities in your city
