We are looking for someone who is proficient in the Fortnox accounting software and has a deep understanding of creating and managing accounting rules within the system. Your main task will be to optimize and automate accounting processes by configuring and customizing accounting rules so that transactions are automatically recorded according to predefined conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Create and adjust accounting rules in Fortnox to ensure automatic recording of recurring transactions.
• Analyze and identify areas where automation can be implemented to increase efficiency.
• Provide support and advice to internal teams and clients on best practices in Fortnox.
• Proactively work to improve and develop existing accounting processes.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience working with Fortnox accounting software.
• Strong understanding of how to create and optimize accounting rules.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively remotely.
• Ability to analyze complex accounting data and translate it into automated processes.
