We are looking for an engaged Contract Manager who wants to take a key role in our organization – as the spider in the web between us, our customers, suppliers, and partners. You will not only ensure that our contracts are of the highest quality, but also contribute to our business success through smart negotiations and legal expertise that makes a difference.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence both strategy and structure, while strengthening our legal integrity and driving long-term growth in contract sales.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that all contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners are of high quality and comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Supporting negotiations and being a reliable advisor in the sales process by combining legal knowledge with business acumen
• Creating order, structure, and clear processes for effective contract management, today and in the future
• Conducting regular reviews of existing contracts to identify risks, minimize pitfalls, and identify improvement opportunities
• Driving the development towards a digitized contract process for our standard deliveries

Experience and competencies

• Good legal knowledge and experience in Swedish civil law
• Ability to balance legal requirements with commercial opportunities
• Strong organizational skills such as being meticulous, structured, and efficient
• Proactive, with the ability to work independently and in teams
• A skilled communicator who can explain complex legal matters
• A problem solver who prefers to see opportunities rather than obstacles
