You will be responsible for servicing grocery stores and ensuring that our departments and displays are always well-stocked and attractive. Our Merchandisers are highly valued and ranked as the best in the industry. The district covers Gothenburg and its surrounding areas.

Premium Snacks Nordic AB owns three snack brands: Exotic Snacks, Gårdschips, and Gårdsnötter. The Exotic Snacks range includes a wide variety of products, from natural and spiced nuts to chocolate-covered treats and dried fruits. Our premium chips, Gårdschips, are crafted artisanally with flavors from around the world, using potatoes grown and harvested on fields adjacent to our production facility in Laholm. Gårdsnötter consists of carefully selected nut mixes, perfect for enhancing both everyday life and festive occasions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure that our bulk and packaged product sections are always fresh, well-stocked, and attractive.
• Build strong relationships with our customers and consumers.
• Set up and maintain campaigns and displays for both of our brands.
• Assist with store renovations and layout changes.
• Actively contribute ideas to develop and increase sales and identify additional selling points in the store.
• Act as an ambassador for both the brands and the company.

Your Profile

To be successful as a Merchandiser at Exotic Snacks, you need self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a love for an active day with a fast pace. You approach your tasks with humility and are passionate about delivering the best service to our customers and consumers. Positive attitude and customer relationships are key for you, while also being a great team player and an asset to the team.

• Has experience in retail work, preferably within the grocery industry.
• Enjoys working at a fast pace and loves new challenges.
• Is accustomed to working independently and is efficient and meticulous in retail tasks.
• Can build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Is creative, engaged, and loyal.
