Communicative, professional, and has a strong personal drive.

Enjoys having significant responsibility and working independently.

Invoicing through your own company or self-employment (e.g., Freelance Finance).

Experience is a plus, but your personality and ability to close deals are crucial.

Job Responsibilities:

Active prospecting and identification of new customer needs.

Outbound contact and selling our staffing solutions.

Driving the process all the way to a signed contract/order.

Location: 100% remote (Work from wherever you want).

Working hours: You control your schedule entirely independently.

Compensation: Attractive commission on every contract and assignment you bring in.
