We are now looking for a technical salesperson who wants to take responsibility for both the business and the relationship – and who enjoys working long-term. The role is clear, and so is the direction. Here, we are a team building something that lasts over time.

About the role

You will step into an established customer segment within asphalt, where we already work with Europe’s largest players. This provides you with a secure start and a solid foundation to build upon – but your mission primarily lies ahead.

You will take care of our existing customers, but a large part of the role involves opening doors to new customers and collaborations. New business takes time. Sometimes several years. Therefore, you need both patience and the ability to build trust step by step. With us, the customer is always in focus, and we work together – from sales to production – to find solutions that last.

We develop cast components and technical solutions together with the customer and step in as a partner rather than a supplier. This requires courage, willingness, and perseverance. And that’s exactly how we want to work. Every new business is a long-term commitment, not a quick transaction.

You will work with:

• Cast parts for the asphalt and related industries
• Quotations, price lists, and contracts
• Ongoing dialogues, improvements, and technical advice
• Relationships that grow over time

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in dialogue and curious about technology
• Has experience in technical B2B sales within the industry
• Has the ability to see the business in the long term
• Enjoys making contact, driving initiatives, and following through
• Has a genuine interest in technology and product development
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English

The most important thing is that you build relationships that last – and that you understand the industrial business.
