We want to grow with more suitable clients and are therefore looking for more appointment setters who can help us create new business opportunities.
We are not looking for people who just want to fill a calendar. We are looking for individuals who can work independently, understand our offerings, and book relevant meetings with companies that could actually be right for us.
What we are looking for
We are seeking 2 to 4 appointment setters who want to work on a performance-based model to find, contact, and schedule relevant companies for our sales team.
This is a role for you who enjoy working towards goals, taking personal responsibility, and influencing your own income. You do not need to be an expert in SEO or advertising, but you should have a clear interest in marketing and feel comfortable discussing digital visibility, advertising, and websites with companies.
What the role entails
As an appointment setter with us, you will be responsible for finding relevant companies online or through customer lists, making an initial assessment of whether they fit our offerings, and then reaching out to book meetings.
When you book a meeting, you will enter it directly into the seller's calendar. You will also document what the customer has said, what they have shown interest in, and follow the process forward so that we have the right information before the meeting and in further dialogue.
For us, it is important that every booking maintains quality. The goal is not just to book many meetings but to book the right meetings with companies that have real potential to become our clients.
What you will do with us
- Research companies online, through lists, or other means.
- Make an initial assessment of which companies fit our services in SEO, advertising, and websites.
- Contact companies via phone and other relevant channels.
- Create interest through clear and professional communication.
- Schedule relevant meetings directly in the seller's calendar.
- Document what the customer has said and provide the right information before the meeting.
- Follow the process and keep track of how the dialogue develops, such as what the customer is interested in and how close the deal is to a decision.

How we work
We work entirely remotely in Sweden. This provides freedom but also requires personal responsibility.
This role is not for everyone. To succeed with us, you need to be someone who can plan your own day, maintain your activity, and take responsibility for getting the job done even when no one is sitting next to you.
You will not be chased every day. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who have the discipline, work ethic, and drive to deliver in a free working environment.
At the same time, the team is close at hand for support, questions, and ongoing dialogue. With us, you work independently but never completely alone.
Compensation
The role is commission-based.
You will receive 10,000 SEK per new customer who signs with us and where the first invoice is paid.
Compensation is made through your own company or freelance employment service, such as Frilans Finans.
