Coordinator – Consulting & Projects

We are now looking for a Coordinator for our team in Copenhagen. The role is central to the organization and acts as a link between clients, partners, consultants, and internal teams. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that our daily operations and customer collaborations run efficiently and professionally.

Your primary responsibilities

• Handling and following up on inquiries from clients and partners

• Acting as the primary contact person for new and existing clients

• Planning, coordinating, and participating in meetings

• Coordinating tasks, projects, and consulting processes

• Collaborating with internal teams and external profiles

• Administration, documentation, and maintenance of processes and customer data

• Ensuring structure, overview, and quality in daily operations

We envision that you

• Have experience in customer service, administration, coordination, or operations

• Are structured and thrive on handling multiple tasks simultaneously

• Communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and verbally (Danish and English)

• Have a proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused approach

• Thrive in a dynamic organization in development

• Have experience from consulting, staffing, professional services, or similar (an advantage, but not a requirement)
