Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Requirements Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Structure, document, and quality-assure business and system requirements
• Ensure full traceability between business needs and technical solutions
• Act as the liaison between operations, IT teams, and external suppliers
• Support solution design, testing, commissioning, and roll-out from a requirements perspective
• Work closely with operational teams to understand warehouse processes and logistics flows
• Contribute throughout the full project lifecycle — from early analysis to implementation

What You Bring

• Solid experience in requirements engineering within large transformation programs
• Proven background in ERP, WMS, or logistics system implementations
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating closely with business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Structured, communicative, and self-driven approach
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and international environments
• Experience working across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, and go-live
