We are looking for customer service representatives for part-time work with our client. The work is completely remote. This position is suitable for you who are studying, have another part-time job, or are looking for a flexible job alongside other commitments.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing professional, clear, and effective service to the company's customers via chat and email. You will be part of a structured team where quality, service, and communication are in focus.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
• Handle questions regarding accounts, orders, and subscriptions
• Register and manage cases in the support system
• Ensure a positive customer experience through accurate and professional communication

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible
• Has good computer skills and expresses themselves well in writing
• Works structured and independently even remotely
• Communicates fluently in Swedish or English
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement
