Your Responsibilities

· Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media

· Follow up and resolve cases efficiently and in a timely manner

· Deliver high-quality customer experiences on behalf of leading global brands

· Build strong and professional relationships with an empathetic approach

· Work towards set customer KPIs and internal goals

Your Profile

• Fluent Swedish (C1+) and good English skills (B2+)
• Strong communication skills, good social competence, and problem-solving ability
• Good computer skills and technical interest
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
