On behalf of our client, we are looking for Informants.

Your job will be to inform a well-selected customer group about the company's product related to Bitcoin via phone. You are responsible for ensuring that the customer receives correct information and for follow-up. The customer handles the application themselves. You will not sell the product but only introduce the customer to it and inform them how they can proceed in the process.

The work is performed remotely and includes the following working hours:

Mon-Thu 09:00-16:00 with a one-hour lunch.

Fri 09:00-12:00, designated for training/follow-up/planning.

Requirements:

Very good Swedish in speech and writing. Advantageous if you can speak one or more additional languages.

You will be working with an exciting product in an industry that is constantly changing and gaining momentum.

Support is provided through continuous follow-up calls and coaching.

Your age is less important; what matters is that you can easily communicate with others. We place great emphasis on you as a person having strong drive and perseverance. Experience in telemarketing is an advantage but not a requirement. Your salary corresponds to your performance. We can consider a small guaranteed salary for a limited time.
